To submit DNS settings, please send through each of the required settings in a standard support ticket in text format, not as image. This avoids any transcription errors. We are pretty flexible with the format as long as each record contains all the required data and is unambiguous. Examples include:

Please note that we do not follow links to DNS settings, they need to be provided directly in a ticket.
After DNS changes are made they typically take 2-3 hours (but can be as long as 48 hours) to replicate across the internet, this replication is a function of how the internet works, it applies to all DNS settings on all nameservers irrespective of the service provider used.
