Important: These changes assume that you are using our nameservers (see you registration email for details), if you are using third-party nameservers, you need to contact the owner of the nameservers to make the changes. Fully Managed Service
- Send us a ticket with the changes you require (text, not screenshots please!) - thats it! (here are examples of what you should include in the message)
- Optional: If you have no other services on this domain, you can also change common DNS settings (A, AAAA, TXT, MX, CNAME) via Domains > DNS Management (left hand menu)
Self Managed Service
- Log into your Dashboard
- Click on Services at the top of the screen
- Click on the row of the domain you want to manage
- First time only: If this is the first time, you'll need to click "add new zone" at the top right and enter your domain name
- Make the changes required and save

Please note: changes to nameservers and DNS settings take time to replicate across the internet. Usually you will see results in 2-3 hours, but it can take as long as 48 hours.
